Housing for All
Halcyon Collective is an Agrarian style affordable housing project contains two and three-story buildings and provides 20 affordable residential units to the Arroyo Grande community. The unit mix is primarily one-bedroom and two-bedroom units with associated parking. Amenities include two outdoor courtyards, a community room, and on-site laundry.
