This three-story multi-family residential building provides independent seniors with affordable housing. There are 60 residential units, a lobby, a lounge, a dining area, a kitchen, an exercise room, laundry facilities, offices for the administrative staff and a local non-profit organization.  The proposed unit mix consists of 54 one-bedroom units that are approximately 600 sf and 6 two-bedroom units that are approximately 950 sf. Each unit has a full kitchen.  The Craftsman style building is located on a prominent site that serves as a gateway into the City of Lompoc.
