Moylan Terrace

RRM Design Group was hired by the Housing Authority of San Luis Obispo and Innovative Housing solutions to design this multi-family residential project consisting of 80 single-family attached homes in 14 buildings, 1 mixed-use building with 750 sf of commercial space, and a 2-bedroom apartment. The 14 buildings are grouped in 12 six-unit buildings and 2 four-unit buildings (with either two or three stories). The units range from 797 to 1,722 sf in size and consist of one, two and three bedrooms. All units have an attached one- or two-car garage.
