Las Palmas Apartments on Avenida Serra

RRM Design Group provided Civil Engineering, Surveying, and Landscape Architecture on this 19 unit affordable housing project in downtown San Clemente. This infill project required shoring to protect adjacent structures, and creative grading to meet accessibility requirements due to the constrained site and significant relief of the small site. The site drains directly to the Pacific Ocean and stormwater quality treatment devices were designed to treat all water leaving the site in order to meet new stormwater regulations.
