Avila Oaks

RRM Design Group designed this craftsman-style 9 unit, multi-family project to fit the unique topography and vegetation of this site. The design reflects early Avila Beach residential bungalows. The result is a contemplative romantic setting with architecture that accents the beauty of the oaks and frames views to the ocean, surrounding hills, and nearby valley. This project won an Award of Merit from the AIA Central Coast Chapter in 2006.
