Serra Meadows

RRM Design Group was hired to develop the first phase of the Margarita Area Specific Plan, Serra Meadows. RRM is providing architecture, landscape architecture, engineering, and surveying services. This 45-acre neighborhood contains 177 new homes that range from 1,600 sf to 2,400 sf. The homes are modeled after existing neighborhoods in San Luis Obispo and will include craftsman/bungalow, spanish mission revival, and provincial styles.
