In Seattle, you’ll get the chance to work with people like…

April Miller, Principal Landscape Architect

“I have been with RRM for over seven years. Our team takes the work seriously but makes doing the work fun. There’s a lot of laughter and camaraderie. It’s a team—we respect each other and pull together to accomplish our goals. And, the project work is fulfilling. My joy is in designing environments that give people a place to get outside and enjoy the outdoors.  I love being in the West Seattle office where a quick afternoon walk around the block gives views to the Cascades and Olympics—a reminder of the striking beauty we have in the Puget Sound.”

In Seattle, you’ll get the chance to work with people like…

Nelly (Noelle) Higgins, Principal Landscape Architect

Having moved to the Pacific Northwest over thirty years ago, I’ve been fortunate to have many fantastic designer and artist mentors here in the Puget Sound. I’ve fully embraced the quirky, unique, and fearless vision that has transformed this region into an inclusive, progressive, and creative hub. My connections to our northwest arts and design community are balanced by my love for the outdoors. Rain or shine, you’ll find me running, biking, or open-water swimming.   The culture of RRM Design Group, with its friendliness, inclusivity, and creativity, resonates particularly well with my practice as a landscape architect. I’m incredibly excited about our core values, especially our commitment to teamwork, respect, openness, and doing the right thing, which I believe greatly benefits our clients and our communities.
