Bradley Studios

Located in the City of Santa Barbara, this infill project is designed in the Craftsman vernacular to honor the predominant surrounding architectural style. The central courtyard provides a controlled and safe environment that encourages interaction among the residents. On-site amenities include a community room, a recreation room, laundry facilities and common open space. The 53 studio units are targeted to low and extremely-low income residents. Half of the units are reserved for residents with special needs and the other half will be residents who work within a specific geographic boundary of downtown. The project meets GreenPoint rated multifamily standards, including solar photovoltaic and restoration of a portion of Mission Creek. On-site social services include mental health treatment, counseling, job training, life skills, and budgeting classes.
