Trillium on Grand

Driven by juxtaposed forces, Trillium on Grand provides a novel approach to addressing infill development in the spaces found between residential neighborhoods and commercial corridors. Located just off Arroyo Grande’s main street, the architects and planners at RRM Design Group were inspired by surrounding context to design contemporary mid-century inspired residences that achieved multi-family density in a small lot, detached format. Each of the 36 homes feature innovative 2-story layouts that range from 1,717 to 1,919 square feet and offer 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and 2-car garages. The focal point of the community is a centrally located neighborhood green with amenities that reflect the style of the nearby homes through use of more natural, unfinished materials. The neighborhood green, also designed by RRM Design Group, is accessible from all directions via meandering pathways that create a strong focal point for neighborhood identity.
