Halcyon Collective

Located in an existing neighborhood in Arroyo Grande, Halcyon Collective is a collaborative project between the Housing Authority of San Luis Obispo, RRM Design Group, and the City of Arroyo Grande. This affordable housing project contains two-story and three-story buildings and provides 20 affordable residential units to the Arroyo Grande community. The unit mix is primarily one-bedroom and two-bedroom units with associated parking. Amenities include two outdoor courtyards, a community room, and on-site laundry. The Agrarian style of the project pays homage to the rich agricultural history of the City. Common use areas including the community room and site lighting are designed to be Zero Net Energy. Overall, Halcyon Collective is a beautiful example of what a collaborative project can provide for the community.
