Cortina d’Arroyo Grande Senior Apartments
RRM Design Group provided the planning, architecture, civil engineering, landscape architecture, surveying and construction support for the Cortina d’ Arroyo Grande Senior Apartments. The 108-unit, multi-story building takes advantage of ocean views for upper living units and includes an exterior common space, promoting a sense of community for its senior housing tenants. Crafted with a Mediterranean-style tile roof, the architectural theme includes wrought iron railings and arched openings for doors and windows.
