Today marks a major milestone for RRM founding partner, Vic Montgomery: 45 years with RRM Design Group!
Vic started at the firm (then called Priest Richmond Wolf & Rossi) in 1976 as a draftsman. In 1981, he became president and CEO of the firm and led the company for several decades. From individual structures to large-scale master planning projects, from concept through construction, Vic has orchestrated hundreds of projects, shaping communities all throughout the state. Fun fact: he’s actually the “M” in RRM Design Group.
