The City of Oakdale contracted RRM Design Group to provide programming through construction administration for a new Oakdale Community Center. Designed with input from various active community groups and the local redevelopment agency, this 15,000 sf multi-use facility meets regional needs with its various-sized meeting rooms for up to 500 persons. Programming for the Center involved the study of occupancy, group sizes, building functions, revenue-producing elements, and inter-relatedness with appurtenant City facilities. The resulting design received complete approval from all user groups and City officials.
