RRM Design Group’s San Leandro office is seeking a full-time Licensed Landscape Architect to join our Landscape Architecture team! We are looking for creative, motivated, curious, and technically sound professionals.

The ideal candidate should have experience with both public and private sector projects and have worked in landscape architecture or multi-disciplinary firm(s). The Landscape Architect will be collaborating with team members within the Landscape Architecture Group in San Leandro and other RRM office locations. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment working with multi-disciplinary teams, be focused on preparing quality work, and possess a strong ability to manage project tasks and support business development. In this position, the candidate will be working within a team setting to contribute to all phases of the design process from conceptual design through construction documents. This person will have a meaningful role in preparing presentation graphics, site plans, and technical documents.

 

Your role looks like:
  • Working on Bay Area public realm projects including park master planning and design.
  • Communicate effectively and proactively with peers, employees, and management.
  • Present at public hearings, workshops, and meetings.
  • Interact with clients and represent RRM in a professional and courteous manner
  • Assisting Office Managers by supervising emerging staff, managing project budgets, and preparing designs and components of design.
What you’ll bring to the table:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture.
  • Valid California Landscape Architect license.
  • Minimum of 4-9 years of experience in landscape architecture, with substantial experience as a consultant in a private consulting firm setting
     
Above & Beyond:
  • Some work experience in architecture, engineering, surveying, landscape architecture, or planning firm

COMPENSATION:

The hiring range for this role is targeted at $88,400 – $99,840 per year depending on skills and experience.
