We are so excited to welcome our new Chief Operations Officer, Lindsay Helmick, to the RRM team! Lindsay has a professional background in accounting, finance, and executive leadership with experience working in a range of industries from non-profit organizations to, most recently, construction. Within her role here at RRM, Lindsay will be focused on improving our internal systems and processes as well as the management of our corporate services teams. We are looking forward to seeing how her expertise will shape our company operations and we can’t wait to see her how her influence will bolster RRM to the next level!
More About Lindsay:
Lindsay is joining the RRM team after 8 years at Allen Construction. Since 2018, she served as the Chief Financial Officer where she managed both the finance and operations divisions of the company, developed the financial and economic strategy for the firm, oversaw annual corporate budgets, and developed long-term strategies for Information Technology, Legal Contract Review and Human Resources. Prior to working at Allen, Lindsay was in the Finance Department for Deckers Outdoor Corporation. Additionally, she served as the Treasurer of H.E.E.A.L Santa Barbara, a local nonprofit focused on therapeutic exercise, art, and wellness programs for those experiencing grief and loss. She currently sits on the Finance Committee for Community Environmental Council (CEC), a local non-profit organization focused on real life solutions to the climate crisis.
Lindsay is a CPA and graduated from the Business Economics Department of UC Santa Barbara and has remained a Santa Barbara local ever since. In her spare time, she lives an active lifestyle, filling her spare time with hikes, triathlons, and travels in and outside of the country. We think that Lindsay will be an awesome addition to our team and can’t wait to see her thrive in this role.
