Earthwood Lane Brewery and Mixed Use Project

RRM Design Group provided architecture, landscape architecture and engineering services for the Earthwood Lane Mixed-Use project located in San Luis Obispo. This multi-use project will be used for a 5,500 sf microbrewery which will include a tasting room, brewery and storage space, two 1,000 sf caretaker residential units and an additional 4,500 sf of industrial space. The building will have a modern, industrial design style. Green features include the use of pervious pavers for the parking lot and ground level patios, water efficient landscaping and “cool” roofing materials.
