We’re proud to announce that two of our projects received Gold Nugget Merit Awards in the recent PCBC Gold Nugget Awards competition.
Crestview Terrace is a newly constructed affordable apartment community in the heart of San Bernardino consisting of 184 affordable units. The project was divided into three distinct sections that each boast a unique architectural style and a corresponding community space, including a pool, common green, and play area.
El Verano is a 54-unit Senior Apartment community in southern Anaheim consisting of a 3-story, Spanish-style building and offering an array of outdoor and community amenities for its residents.
Both communities were built for residents with lower area median incomes and funded via community partnerships and low-income tax credits. While Crestview aims to provide housing for the growing workforce in San Bernardino, El Verano has established stable and supportive residences for low-income and formerly homeless seniors in Anaheim and the surrounding region. We’re so proud that both projects have been recognized, as they have each been transformative in their respective communities.
