Gina Chavez brings two decades of experience in landscape architecture and community planning to lead our San Leandro office. Gina Chavez transmutes her love for art and nature into harmonious outdoor spaces that all people can enjoy. As an experienced landscape architect, specializing in park and trail projects, Gina offers an acute eye for design. As a Bay Area native, Gina has a passion seeing projects through to completion and is committed to outstanding project execution. Her dual education in landscape architecture and business brings a practical and creative perspective to the management and design of projects she contributes to.
Brain Hellwig
With a beginning in forestry, and two decades of surveying experience, Brian Hellwig is an expert surveyor. Brian offers experience in boundary surveying and construction staking of various projects such as commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments. He has experience with surveying equipment such as total and robotic stations, high definition three-dimensional terrestrial laser scanning, and GPS, in addition to the various surveying software. Brian’s previous work ranges from the expansive Hearst Boundary survey to the beautiful downtown Big Bear Streetscape. His open communication style ensures that all parties involved on a project are notified with up-to-date and relevant information at every intersection.
