Did you know May is Mental Health Awareness Month? Upon surveying employees, we found that one of the main ways RRMers choose to de-stress is by being outdoors. Whether it's in the projects we design or in the open spaces of our communities, we believe in the power of being around nature! Our very own Jolie Wah was featured in Residential

Our very own Jolie Wah was featured in Residential Design Magazine in an article titled "Women in Residential Architecture – Three Views on the Profession." Jolie is an Associate Manager of Architecture in RRM’s Santa Barbara office and has an extensive residential design background ranging from single-family homes to multifamily, affordable, and even senior projects. Jolie also serves as the Vice President of AIA Santa Barbara. We're so grateful for Jolie and so many other women on our team, who bring expanded perspectives, experience, and knowledge to all of the work we do. 518 Avenue of Flags recently received approval fro

518 Avenue of Flags recently received approval from Buellton City Council! This project is a mixed-use development designed to provide a commercial presence on the corner of Avenue of Flags and 2nd Street while creating quality multifamily homes, surrounded by open space amenities. From the central courtyard to the terraced roof decks, the project has been designed to provide spaces that capture sunlight and beautiful views of the surrounding hills. The residences within the development will be comprised of 8 studios, 21 one-bedroom, and 19 two-bedroom units. Additionally, 5,511sf of commercial retail spaces are targeted towards local shops that will cater to community needs and business owners to serve both immediate residents and the community as it grows. The architectural character embraces the art deco style, fitting in with its immediate context, Buellton’s history, and aligning with the desires of the specific plan. We’re excited to see the City of Buellton has approved this project and are eager for the next stages of its development! #mixedusedevelopment #approved #multifamily #centralcoast
