San Luis Obispo, CA, May 23, 2018 — Judges for the 2018 Gold Nugget Awards have named RRM Design Group as an Award of Merit winner in its annual competition, which honors architectural design and planning excellence and draws entries from throughout the United States and internationally. RRM Design Group earned its Merit honors for the Marsh Street Brownstones which were honored for Best Multi-Family Housing Community under 30 du/acre.
Located in San Luis Obispo, California, the Marsh Street Brownstones consists of seven, single-family residences each consisting of four levels of elegant living spaces, a two-car garage, second floor balcony and private elevator. Interior design elements include hand-textured finished walls, well-appointed kitchens, hardwood floors and private rooftop terraces with views overlooking the heart of downtown San Luis Obispo.
