Santa Barbara Middle School Campus Relocation

RRM remodeled a 1930s school building to accommodate the relocation of the Santa Barbara Middle School to the 30,000 sf campus. The renovation included construction of new walls, plumbing, mechanical, electrical and lighting upgrades, and finishing replacements throughout the facility. Exterior work consisted of a new parking lot configuration and basketball court.
