Rancho Grande Park

The City of Arroyo Grande retained RRM Design Group to prepare a Concept Plan, a Design Development Plan, constructions documents, and to assist the City with bidding and construction administration for the creation of a City park on a controversial piece of property. Instrumental in gaining the Parks Commission’s and the City Council’s approval, RRM provided the aerial topographic, boundary, and supplemental surveys for existing utilities and created (using a City program as a basis) a visual image of what Rancho Grande Park could become. The Park’s Grand Opening was held on October 4, 2003. The Park has become a favorite spot for birthday parties and play dates, where families meet to socialize and play together.
