Maclay Avenue Streetscape Plan

RRM Design Group prepared preliminary and final design plans for all street pedestrian enhancements and landscaping in a 12 block area along North Maclay Avenue in the City of San Fernando. The project was guided by the North Maclay Avenue Specific Plan and Street Master Plan and includes the following improvements: street trees and grates, pedestrian-oriented lighting, new intersection bulbouts, sidewalk and special paving designs, mid-block crossings, pedestrian crosswalks, street furnishings, pedestrian archways, and gateway monuments.
