Las Alturas Road Residence

The design of this Santa Barbara single-family residence was inspired by our client’s travel to Morocco, as seen in the mirador, ceramic tile insets and exposed clay tiles, columns that dip into the pool, carved wood trellises and corbels, Moorish arches, and lighting. The new two-story residence is approximately 3,500 sf and includes five bedrooms, four and a half baths, a two-car garage with a workshop, a formal dining room, living room, library, game room, viewing room, study room, laundry room, kitchen, and breakfast nook. The south-facing home takes advantage of indoor-outdoor living; the covered patio, cabana with half-bath and sauna, and bocce ball court are oriented with views of the inground pool and Santa Barbara Harbor.
