IQMS Corporate Headquarters

IQMS is a manufacturing software company whose rapid growth prompted the need for an upgrade to their headquarters facility. RRM performed a design charrette with multiple design professionals to present IQMS with a master plan for their future campus. The concept included creating multiple buildings of a similar design style as their existing metal panel building and creating site features that link the buildings together. As part of the first phase, RRM programmed the required space to relocate IQMS’s training, sales, marketing and tech support departments to a new 30,000 sf office building. This building functions as their client training center where clients from all over the country receives training.
