Hilmar Community Plan Update

RRM Design Group assisted the County of Merced in updating their Community Plan for Hilmar. The Hilmar Community Plan is a long-range vision and land use strategy plan for the purpose of guiding growth and development within the community of Hilmar. The Community Plan includes goals, objectives, policies, implementation measures, and design guidelines and standards. The Community Planning process consisted of a thorough analysis of Hilmar’s physical and environmental conditions and included extensive input from the Community’s governing bodies, land owners, and residents.
