El Monte Zoning Code and Design Guidelines Update

RRM Design Group is working with the City of El Monte to prepare a comprehensive update of the City’s Zoning Code and Design Guidelines. The update provides an opportunity to add clarity to regulations and fill in the gaps where the code is currently silent, thus providing greater certainty and finality in decision-making. This work effort includes a comprehensive update of city-wide design guidelines.
