The district’s growing TK/Kindergarten enrollment placed new demands on its campus, where existing classrooms and childcare facilities were no longer adequate. The challenge was to modernize learning spaces, add capacity, and improve childcare facilities—all while keeping school operations running during construction.

RRM partnered with the district to revitalize the TK/Kindergarten classrooms, creating modernized environments designed to support early learning. To address increasing enrollment, we installed new relocatable classrooms and brought in two buildings from another campus to provide temporary housing during the upgrades. Outdated childcare buildings were removed and replaced with two new relocatable facilities designed specifically for after-school programs. Additional site improvements were carefully planned to ensure safe, uninterrupted operations throughout the project.
The completed project provided updated classrooms and childcare spaces that met the district’s needs and enhanced the campus for students, teachers, and families. By phasing construction strategically, we helped deliver modern facilities while maintaining an uninterrupted school experience.
