Courtyards at Avila

RRM Design Group was hired to design a mixed-use property in the heart of Avila Beach. The 8,000 sf building is comprised of 10 residential units and 6 commercial units. The town of Avila Beach was looking for something funky and eclectic that would fit into their casual, beach downtown hub. In response, a concept was developed for courtyards that include whimsical, colliding elements that reflect the character of this town.
