RRM Design Group is currently seeking a full-time Project Manager to join our Architecture team! This eager individual will thrive in a collaborative environment working with multi-disciplinary teams, be focused on preparing quality work, and possess a strong ability to manage project tasks and support business development.
YOUR ROLE LOOKS LIKE:
- Providing overall project management and project team coordination
- Managing and producing aspects of the project, including design, production, and quality control.
- Leading assistance in the development and maintenance of the project budgets and schedules.
- nurture and establish strong relationships with all outside parties involved in a project as their primary project contact, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Preparing and completing thorough proposals.
- Mentoring and directing project team members.
- Enjoy working on a variety of project types.
- Being an ambassador of RRM.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture.
- Seven (7) years of practical experience in the management and design of projects
- Experience in REVIT.
- California Architectural licensure.
- Current knowledge of professional codes, laws, computer applications, and trends.
- Excellent verbal/written communication and organizational skills.
- Excellent architectural detailing skills.
ABOVE & BEYOND:
- Master’s of Architecture or master’s in business administration.

COMPENSATION:
The hiring range for this role is targeted at $88,400- $105,560 per year depending on skills and experience.
