Supporting the People Behind the Work

RRM Design Group’s Corporate Services team helps keep the firm moving forward by supporting the people, processes, and systems that make our work possible. From recruitment and marketing to billing, facilities management, project administration, and employee engagement, the team provides essential support that connects and sustains RRM’s multidisciplinary practice.

Made up of professionals skilled in their respective areas, the Corporate Services team is made up of four core departments: Administration & Ooperations, Accounting & Finance, Marketing, and Human Resources. These groups work closely with our technical teams to provide efficient, reliable, and thoughtful tools and services. Their work creates a strong foundation for collaboration, allowing our designers, planners, and engineers to stay focused on delivering meaningful projects for clients and communities throughout the West Coast.
