The American Institute of Architects, Santa Barbara (AIASB) is hosting its annual ArchitecTours event on Saturday, October 7th. This year, the event offers self-guided tours of various commercial and residential projects in neighborhoods near downtown Santa Barbara. The tours provide an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at the art of architecture.

Other projects featured on the tour include Gardens on Hope by RRM Design Group, an affordable senior housing project, and Johnson Court by RRM Design Group, a transitional housing project for low-income veterans. Attendees will also have the chance to explore the Mid-Century Modern residence by Bildsten Architecture and Planning, an indoor-outdoor living space near the beach.
