Linc Housing and National CORE are developing the project

More than one year after breaking ground in Downtown San Pedro, wood framing is rising for a new mixed-use affordable housing complex from non-profit developers Linc Housing and National CORE.

The project, named 456 West for its address at 456 W. 9th Street, replaces a city-owned parking lot with a new apartment complex that will feature 91 residential units reserved for households earning between 30 and 80 percent of the area median income level (AMI). At street-level, plans call for a new clinic operated by Harbor Community Health Centers which will offer primary care, behavioral health, and pharmacy services.
