Another team-up from Linc Housing and National CORE
At a ceremony held in late October, non-profit developers Linc Housing and National CORE marked the completion of 456 West, a new affordable housing complex in Downtown San Pedro.

RRM Design Group is the architect behind the contemporary podium-type building, which stands six stories in height and features amenities such as a community room , a gym, play areas, a picnic terrace, and a community lawn. Approximately 4,900 commercial space is located on the ground floor.
