San Lorenzo Community Park Master Plan

RRM Design Group prepared a new master plan for this popular community park, originally built in the 1960s. After a robust community outreach process, the HARD Board of Directors unanimously approved the new plan that features a softball complex, synthetic and natural soccer fields, community green and bandstand, pond, dog park, playgrounds, and a constructed wetland to treat stormwater runoff. RRM also prepared construction documents for the park and provided construction support. The 15-acre first phase of construction was completed in fall of 2017.
