Courtland and Grand Mixed-Use
RRM Design Group designed and entitled a five-acre mixed-use urban in-fill project that occupies a key location on Grand Avenue, a central commercial corridor and gateway site in Arroyo Grande. The project consists of 108 affordable (50% to 80% of AMI) senior housing units on the rear portion of the site and 18,740 sf of retail, restaurant, and office space fronting Grand Avenue. The project includes parking, a transit stop, plazas with outdoor eating areas, trellises, and fountains. Project development coincides with City streetscape improvements along Grand Avenue, resulting in a complete revitalization of this two-block commercial gateway.
