Bellevue Santa Fe Charter School Modernization

SLCUSD hired RRM Design Group to redesign the classroom building layout on the Bellevue Santa Fe Charter School campus and perform any relevant site work. RRM prepared the necessary documents and drawings to place three 24’ x 40’ and three 36’ x 40’ modular classrooms on the campus. The project also includes coordinating various aesthetic, environmental, electric, and communication upgrades.

This project has included the additional challenge of raising the new classroom spaces approximately five feet above the flood elevation of the nearby creek while maintaining the universal access and a connection with the existing campus. The project completed construction in 2019.
