Balboa Village Design Guidelines, Streetscape Improvement Plan, and Wayfinding Sign Program
The City of Newport Beach hired RRM Design Group to assist with a three-pronged revitalization effort for Balboa Village. Work product included updating the Balboa Village Design Guidelines, creating conceptual streetscape improvement plans for the primary Village streets, and developing a wayfinding sign program (provided by Graphic Solutions). The project was completed in six months, included six public meetings, was unanimously approved by City Council, and came in on time and under budget.
