Our San Luis Obispo office is currently seeking a RRMer to join us as a part-time Facilities Coordinator on our Administrative team.

The Facilities Coordinator helps with various tasks and projects in support of maintaining the on-site facilities, warehouse, auto fleet and record retention. The Facilities Coordinator must be well-organized and capable of prioritizing tasks. Flexibility and strong attention to detail will be essential to success in this role.

Your role looks like:
  • Performing office building maintenance and coordinating with contractors or vendors, as needed
  • Keeping a highly organized system for archiving files in the warehouse
  • Purchasing office supplies
  • Scheduling cleaning and maintenance for the fleet of vehicles
  • Acting as lead contact on the security system
What you’ll bring to the table:
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience of administrative or office facilities related work
  • Current knowledge of professional standards, computer applications, and trends
Above & Beyond:
  • Some work experience in architecture, engineering, surveying, landscape architecture, or planning firm
