RRM Design Group’s San Luis Obispo office is currently seeking a full-time Administrative Coordinator to join our Corporate Services Team.

The Administrative Coordinator will provide executive support to our CEO, COO, Engineering workgroup, and Cooperate Services Team. This dynamic position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

This rewarding job involves:
  • Communicating effectively and proactively with peers, employees, and management.
  • Maintaining the security of confidential information.
  • Creating agendas and recording meeting minutes.
  • Producing, proofreading, editing, and distributing documents, letters, reports, memos, specifications, contract letters/work scopes, add services, consultant service agreements, certificates of insurance, transmittals, and other written materials.
  • Assisting principals and project managers with administrative duties (filing, calendar and contact maintenance, reimbursable reconciliation).
  • Assisting in scheduling meetings and maintaining workload spreadsheet for each workgroup.
  • Upholding RRM’s high standards of quality.
  • Assisting with other administrative duties as assigned.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience of executive administrative support.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in administrative support.
  • Current knowledge of professional standards, computer applications, and trends.

Strongly Preferred:

  • Some work experience in architecture, engineering, surveying, landscape architecture, or planning firm.
  • Experience supporting executive-level management.
