RRM Design Group is an employee-owned company seeking a full-time BIM Manager to join our Architecture team!

The ideal candidate should have experience with public and private sector projects and have worked in architecture or multi-disciplinary firm(s). The BIM Manager will manage and oversee the implementation and management of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes and workflows using Autodesk Revit software. Coordinate and optimize the use of BIM technology throughout a project’s lifecycle, from design and construction to operations and maintenance.

Your role looks like:
• Leading the implementation of BIM processes and workflows within project teams.
• Defining BIM standards, protocols, and best practices for effective utilization of Revit software.
• Collaborating with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to establish BIM project requirements and ensure successful project execution.
• Developing and enforcing BIM standards and guidelines, including model naming conventions, parameter standards, and project-specific templates.
• Communicating effectively and proactively with peers, employees, and management.
• Conducting training sessions and providing technical support to project team members on Revit and BIM-related tools.
• Be an ambassador of RRM; internal and external.
What you’ll bring to the table:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Relevant certifications such as Autodesk Certified Professional (ACP) in Revit are desirable.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in BIM implementation and management, preferably using Autodesk Revit software.
• Familiarity with other BIM-related software and technologies (e.g., Dynamo, Python, Navisworks, laser scanning) is a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of BIM standards (e.g., AIA G202, ISO 19650), best practices, and industry-specific workflows.
Above & Beyond:
• Valid CA architectural license in good standing strongly preferred.
• Some work experience in architecture, engineering, surveying, landscape architecture, or planning firm.

The hiring range for this role is targeted at $85,208-$101,916.36 per year dependent on skills and experience.
