Chevron East Fillmore Site

 

RRM Design Group was retained by Chevron Industrial Development LLC for planning, entitlement and design services for the Fillmore Works project. Located in eastern Fillmore, the approximately 60-acre project entails reuse of a former oil refinery and pipeline site for a range of land uses including commercial, manufacturing/industrial, public facilities and open space. RRM managed the entitlement process including a zone change, general plan amendment, annexation, vesting tentative tract map and development permit. In addition, RRM drafted design guidelines to ensure compatibility with neighboring uses and to guide public realm improvements.
