Cottages at Walnut

Faced with the challenge of architecturally blending a new neighborhood within an established neighborhood, RRM Design Group created a pilot infill project for the City of Bellflower. Fusing innovative, collaborative site planning with architectural detailing, the RRM team designed a gated community consisting of 8 detached single family homes, borrowing architectural styles found throughout the existing neighborhood and integrating a cottage-style architectural theme with a vivid color scheme. The final design produced a spacious community atmosphere, despite a density of 8.8 homes per acre.
