Community and General Plans

Community-making begins with understanding the community’s wants and needs. Getting people to talk comes easy to RRM, and even more importantly, we know how to listen. RRM is well known for a community outreach technique that is educational, fun and successful. With our guidance, community members identify growth trends, define land use and circulation issues, and discuss community values on topics ranging from open space to urban centers and public services to community character. From this, a community vision is formed and ultimately framed to become reality through a carefully written community or general plan.
