RRM has experience in creating a broad range of senior living environments including adult living communities, retirement villages, senior apartments and assisted living facilities. We are aware of and value the care and unique life style that retirees and the elderly deserve. RRM is also dedicated to meeting the need for affordable housing and addressing the desire to have a quality living environment for moderate- and low-income groups, both as rental and purchase-oriented homes. We have created many affordable housing projects using state and local jurisdiction density bonus provisions.
