RRM Design Group provided complete design services including construction support for the Cortina d' Arroyo Grande Senior Apartments. The 108 unit, multi-story building takes advantage of ocean views for upper living units and includes an exterior common space, promoting a sense of community for its senior housing tenants.

Crafted with a Mediterranean style tile roof, the architectural theme includes wrought iron railings and arched openings for doors and windows.
