RRM Headquarters Office Building LEED®-EB Gold

San Luis Obispo, CA

Our 25,000 sf, LEED-EB Gold (LEED for Existing Buildings) headquarters office was designed with earth and employees in mind. Our own in-house design team successfully blended cutting-edge design with energy efficient materials and systems: maximized daylighting; a mechanical system combined with a louver system to optimize fresh air ventilation; and building materials specified with recycled content and no or low VOC’s. By certifying our building Gold through the USGBC’s LEED for Existing Buildings, we reduced our annual utility consumption, recycled more of our garbage, increased our use of recycled paper, and decreased our paper waste: saving an average of = $13,700 per year. What originally was a sewing room and warehouse is now an efficient, energetic, and fun place for the RRM Team to continue their excellence in design and creativity.
