RRM Design Group provided schematic design through construction administration for the new Geyserville Fire Protection District Headquarters Fire Station. Replacing the existing 40 year-old building, this 12,500 sf cutting edge facility includes a 7,200 sf two-story Fire House (with administration, training room, sleeping and kitchen facilities), a 5,300 sf apparatus bay for 6-8 trucks, a 50-foot training and hose drying tower, and extensive landscaping. On its prominent one acre downtown site, the station celebrates the town’s historic contextual scale, adds new dynamic architectural interest, and creates new street parking.
