Oroville Riverfront Improvements

Providing planning and infrastructure improvements design, RRM Design Group is leading a team to develop a vision plan for the Feather River frontage of historic Downtown Oroville. The Feather River levee, which protects the Downtown from flooding, serves as a physical and visual barrier that separates its riverfront from its Downtown. The vision plan will transform this barrier into a destination and gateway connecting Downtown Oroville to its riverfront with public plazas, a waterfront promenade, a bicycle path system, scenic overlooks, and exhibits honoring the rich history of the region.
