Arguello Park Renovation Master Plan

San Carlos, CA 

RRM Design Group completed the Arguello Park Renovation Master Plan for the 27 acre multipurpose Park in City of San Carlos. The Plan includes active use ball fields, tennis courts, scenic open space, and a trails system for the hills that surround the Park.

To develop a community-based Plan, RRM conducted multiple community and neighborhood workshops resulting in a plan that restores the trails system, reconditions a little league baseball diamond where Barry Bonds got his start in baseball, restores a historic man-made waterfall, develops a unique playground facility, creates ADA accessibility, renews picnic areas, and improves fire management.

RRM Survey Group also provided the aerial topographic, boundary, and detail surveys of the sports facilities. 

Arguello Park was constructed per RRM’s plans and opened to the public in the summer of 2006.
